Formaksil is a food supplement with mulberry leaf extract, which is rich in flavonoids and has potential benefits in alleviating glucose and lipid metabolism disorders. Thiamine (vitamin B1) helps maintain normal energy metabolism.

Ingredients (per capsule):
• Garden Rocket (Eruca sativa) herb extract 4:1 – 50 mg
• White Mulberry (Morus alba) leaf extract 4:1 – 30 mg
• Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) – 8 mg (50% of NRV*)
• Vitamin B5 (Calcium D-pantothenate) – 3 mg (50% of NRV*)
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 0.70 mg (50% of NRV*)
• Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) – 0.70 mg (50% of NRV*)
• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) – 0.55 mg (50% of NRV*)
• Chromium (as chromium picolinate) – 20 µg (50% of NRV*)
• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) – 1.25 µg (50% of NRV*)

Directions for Use:
Adults – 2 capsules per day.
Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions:
Store in a place inaccessible to children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use the food supplement as a replacement for a healthy and balanced diet.

Storage Conditions:
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in the original package, out of sight and reach of children.
